Have you heard of the movie, 50 Shades of Grey?

This was a movie in 2011, who made women go gaga over a handsome millionaire Christian Grey who pursued a virgin college graduate, Anastasia Steel with expensive gifts and eventually led her to his “Red Room” where all the BDSM action went on.

BDSM is an abbreviation for Bondage and Discipline, Dominance and Submission and Sadism & Masochism. This is a variety of erotic acts before sex to give more intense and elicit pleasure. Bondage is basically achieved by tying the partner with a rope, knots or chain. In the movie, Mr. Grey was such a pro of tying the knots on Anastasia using Single Column Tie and Double Column Tie. So how did he do that? Just follow these steps:

Single-Column Tie

First find the center of your rope. The center of your rope is called the bight.  Wrap the rope around the wrist, two times. Slip two fingers between the rope and the wrist. Tuck the bight or the center under the ropes. The working end of the bight should have a loop. Pull the center of the rope through that loop, then tie it. The tie should not be so tight so as not to hurt the wrist. Create another loop, and place the center of the rope through that loop again. Pull the knot. There should be an allowance between the wrist and the tie. The single column tie could be done with a pulley. The pulley is being tied to the head board of the bed or to a strong framework holding the bondage firmly. To make a pulley, wrap the end of the rope to the head board of the bed or to any strong framework, pulling the arm up. Then, insert the end of the rope through the loop of the bight. After inserting through the loop, bring it up again towards the headboard, or any framework, making the arm firmly tied up.

Double-Column Tie

When two arms are being tied up, a Double column tie should be done. The procedure is the same with the single column tie, the difference is that two things are being tied, whether two arms, an arm or a chair, an arm or a pole, etc.

May these simple basic steps on tying knots give you more enjoyment, but remember, no hurting.
